A few good places to start when learning your harmonics is knowing that the 12th fret harmonic is 1 octave up from the open string, the 7th (and 19th) fret harmonics are about a perfect fifth an octave up, the 5th is 2 octaves up, somewhere around the 4th fret is approximately a Major third 2 octaves up, and somewhere around the 3rd fret is the perfect 5th 2 octaves up.

This is very similar to the country/hillbilly jazz technique "cross-stringing" or waterfall licks. Except you have taken it way further. I completely dig it.

You can also mix natural harmonics and regular notes over 5 or 6 note chords built in 4ths (according to the scale) to sound the notes as 2nds and 3rds. i.e. C melodic minor "scale chord" (low to high): C F B Eb A D. Play NH over C, unaffected Eb, NH over F, unaffected A... (you get the idea) and the notes will ascend in 3rds and 2nds. can be done to play simple melodies as well
