Big up...Great tutorial ... but l think your method is the long way out and complicated...cause you can still get clipping at the source or inside the plugin...Now you have to reduce the decibels right from the source in the step sequencer volume, that's the first point of gain staging....then to the plugins volume inside the plugin or the effects if any, that's the second stage of gain staging.....the volume in the mixer is the last point of gain staging, where one should adjust the balancing and the decibels...sometimes if you do the former well you wont even adjust much in the mixer..your sound would be solid and balanced

Please Advise Me, Do I Need To Play My Log Drum Along My Melodies Or They Are Just A Random Pattern? I'm Really Struggling, Every Time I Bring It In, It Spoil My Song. But Can't Leave It Out, As It's The Heart Of Amapiano.

the secret is to not have your melodies too loud in the intro and verse so that when the log drum comes in it isn’t drowned out. another option is to not play the same melody during the log drum. simply have a “log drum” section then go back to the melodies
