Hey, I have a few questions for you if that's okay. What file did you use, what infill density did you use, what size did you have that at, did you have a trick to not use as many supports. Also these next questions you dont need to answer but only if you can but if you can tell what infill pattern, layer height etc and how exactly you measured it. That would be amazing. Also you have earned yourself a fellow subscriber now😊
@Millenniumworkshop
@Millenniumworkshop 3 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for watching it truly means a lot! The file I linked in the description it’s by PewPewCrafts, the link will take you to his Etsy to his shop or you can look him up on patron as well. He is a great dude for sure. Infill density 15%. Layer hight .12 -.16. Supports tree slim with 25percent threshold angle. Infill pattern some was printed with grid and some with gyroid! Parts I wanted stronger then others I went with gyroid! The entire build was printed at 99 percent scale on his new updated file his first file I had to print it at 85 percent so the new updated v2 is almost perfect sized for someone with a 24in head 99 hits it on the money with perfect amount of room for padding and lining. I also made a video for that and how to make the strangers gauntlet! And today his light saber! Again thank you so much if you have more question hit me up on instagram…. Have a great day and again thank you for following! Welcome to the Workshop

I was wondering if you were able to suggest an equivalent to the Satin Dark Walnut, I live in Australia and unfortunately the range of Rustoleum paints are quite limited and this paint is not available anywhere. Is there any kind of Montana Gold paint you would say that would achieve a similar colour to the Dark Walnut or something like the Rustoleum Satin Espresso? Thank you very much to replying to all our comments and questions! Keep it up and you'll be at 1,000+ subs and beyond in no time!

Absolutely amazing tutorial! Definitely following this guide! I just had a few questions regarding the Clear Coat? Between which steps are you applying the Clear Coat? Are you doing it between each different paint or just after the primer? And is it possible to Clear Coat the Silver Teeth since I know sometimes Clear Coat doesn’t react well with Silver or/and dulls it
@Millenniumworkshop
@Millenniumworkshop Ай бұрын
I used a matte clear! With these paints you can clear just about anytime! I cleared once I graphite powdered it and at the very end when it was done! I did not clear the teeth!

Honestly, if you get the interior padding right and you get it perfectly aligned on the eye, I can see really well through it. Surprisingly, it’s better than what you would think. Also the file from pew pew craft. I have an updated version where the eyeholes are a little bit bigger now which one of them that I make now will have that, but on the original version, it’s actually not that bad.

I started out with an Ender 3 too so I know exactly how u feel, about trying to print helmets but having the buildplate be too big. Once you have enough money, try investing in an Elegoo Neptune 3 Plus, the build plate is much bigger and allows u to print helmets in full (depending on how big ur head is)

@Millenniumworkshop
@Millenniumworkshop 28 күн бұрын
So pewpewcrafts they have a v2 file where the teeth on both sides are printed as one. If you print that straight up and down you should have no issues. When I filmed this video it was the older file so all the teeth were separate! You can still down load the older file and use those teeth if you want I do believe! I hope this helps
