Tonight"s video focuses on how to use stenciling on your scrapbook layouts to make them pop and stand out with less! Sometimes less is more and the focus can be lots of photo opportunities. Tonight's layout shows the versatility in the Cozy Up Collection. I will be creating a 12-Page workshop with Cozy up with most of the layouts being a rich fall theme but I wanted to create a versatile layout that focused on the reading icons and elements of this line. I love the versatility. The pages can be for children, adults, fall or books. The workshop kit includes a great stencil so why not make the stenciling the focus and use "less" of the other bits to create a layout filled with a fun theme and lots of photo ops! Cozy up was the featured collection last month but there are still workshop kits available while supplies last!

Oh, I absolutely love this!!! I am a reader and a audiobook lover. And reading to my grandkids is a regular routine at this Nana’s house too. 💕 The ladder is my favorite!!!

Thank you, Kati!! I haven’t had much chance to read a lot lately, and I do miss it! But I am definitely an audiobook girl because I have a long commute to work. It’s not the same as having a book in your hands but I do love it. So happy you like the layout and I thought the ladder was simple but cute❤️

Kelly, two of my three overlap your years (1989 and 1992); number three was 1983. All those years were pre-scrapbooking years. I, too, am now on a quest for pictures to approximate what I will do with your layout template and my grandsons, with my own children- particularly my son, who is the father of my two grandsons. I’ve considered myself a “pathological reader” for most of my adult life. Read so much- couldn’t stop. The kids all read; the grandchildren are coming along now and the youngest is also two. Reading is such a joyful time of childhood, of growth, and simply of sharing. Luckily, I have this workshop, and I love Fall. I can’t wait to find or take the pictures! Thank you!

This makes me so happy! I hope I get to see what you create! And I think what you have done by instilling reading in the generations after you is the greatest gift you could give them, and now you can document it, and they will remember reading with Mom and grandma❤️❤️❤️
