Also I wanted to help you the Heat-transfer vinyl already has a sticky transfer tape attached to it. The transfer tape your adding on is usually for normal vinyl you would make stickers out of. I used Cricut machines my whole life pretty much the machine takes a lot of understanding a little bit of some British raging, But I'm sure you will love it when you do more crafts!

I've only cosplayed once and I don't have a definitive answer but I think I can help... if you want to wear a crusty weasel suit by the end, it would be best to have one at that stage to make sure that the vest's measurements are accommodating enough to fit over the suit. Of course you don't have to have the suit so if that's what you decide to do, then the only thing necessary is yourself!

Mark back side tp sidw got it Front same Shoulders with okay One at a time from tod to arm pit Then from shoulder to how long i want the vest Okay i need a mesuring tape now Step 2 I dony think i can do this damn😂😭
