you just save your gif image and then go to the pencil thing where u change the wallpaper for chrome and then instead of jpg png and stuff change it to all files and then double tap ur gif image

This is some Goofy Ahh stuff right here. The Google wallpaper is probably spyware, desktop looks like a Rainmeter theme, not malware but definitely bloat junk which slows down the computer by munching on hordes of RAM. And the bloke who's uploaded this video is probably going to wonder why their ASUS 4 GB Ram Intel Pentium laptop has clogged down and why he or she can't play Genshin Impact.
