This weekend at church they talked about cutting added sugars out so we are with you and Deddy for being healthier. Anything to preserve this precious family.

Love it Deddy! Just a small suggestion if I may; line a baking pan with parchment paper and dehydrate the zucchini for 20 min on one side and 10 on the other next time. This will produce a nice firm pasta-like squash for your “noodles” & there won’t be nearly as much water.

Ricotta is the tofu of cheese! You’re right, adds texture and you can make it taste like anything!

Look at the ingredients of Vegeta. The first one is salt. There is also salt in the rice seasoning you use. Some people can't even have that amount. Deddy, if you are one, please be careful with the amount of these mixed seasonings. I love your videos and I want you healthy forever!!! 😍🖖

God bless you Deddy and family!!! I’m so glad I happen to fall upon this channel not too long after you started the channel.. Deddy reminds me of my dad who passed away 15 years ago.. Just his kind soul and how Deddy is always positive and so grateful for all of his followers!! And just the same way how Deddy is grateful for his followers, we are grateful to have Deddy show us all these recipes!! I’m soo happy that you guys decided to start this channel… now, since it’s coming up on your 2 year ani dreary this April, I really feel like Sasha needs to showcase her talent and cook with Deddy’s assistance… so Sasha, you need to come up with a recipe that you feel comfortable cooking and just do it!!! Dive in head first.. the only way to learn how to cook is to start cooking.. and with Deddy’s assistance, there’s no chance of you failing!!! Sasha, can’t wait to see you start cooking in 2022!!
