same, the one next to the little finger, i was fighting with my sister today and as i charghed at her to hit her (ik not the best thing to do but she wouldn't back up even though i hit her a couple of times so i tried to scare her) i hit my toe on the door frame sooooo hard, its been purple since. and i DON'T want to go to the hospital coz my dad's a heavy smoker so he's vurnerable from corona, im fine coz im young buuut yeah

Urgent care is alot cheaper than the ER. They treat broken bones and have walking boots as well.

@@p.f.h.2146 not here in Hilliard ohio they sent me to a outsource place to get surgery so in my case the urgent care just ended up costing more for me because it was 2 sets of xrays

I fell into super thick weeds and my foot got caught, next thing I know, I had severe pain, was in tears and this hurt worse then when I had a tib fib fx. Metatarsal 2, 3, and 4 are fx. I'm wearing a bit for a few weeks, then going to an ortho shoe, then back to my sneaker. Yay. Oh and the fx are minimally displaced. Thanks Dr.

I have a stress fracture on my big toe; It was red and swollen and painful. I thought it to do with my bunion of 28 degrees as the break did not show up on X-ray it showed up as a stress fracture on a MRI. Doc says 2 or 3 months more to heal due to my age. I am familiar with foot pain and did not know my toe was broken! I am walking around with a broken toe! Who would know?

5 weeks and i was back to normal walking... No im all back to all activities after 6 weeks, its still bruised but there's no pain whatsoever.

How long did it take for the bruising to heal? My big toe is still sensitive from any pressure after 6 weeks, and someone let me borrow their walking boot that I've been using for over a week now. The previous 5 weeks I've been limping without support because I wanted to avoid high doc bills

Hey mate, it was dislocated and i think it may have been fractured. I iced it for 10 hours everyday for 4 days. But i was playing cricket after 1 week, :) Got a few days of school so it wasnt to bad, ;)

thanks a lot doc, im fairly sure i broke my pinkey toe yesterday, but i can walk, i jumped into air and landed on ground squishing my pinkey toe, i dont think its broaken cause i jumped while playing basketball and i landed on my pinkey toe, i dont think its that easy do break a pinkey toe.
