Don't mess with other people's Karma. If people ask for help then you must give it, it is not your Job to resolve the World's problems, i.e.focus on saving you first (i.e. Develop your abilities, particularly esoteric if so inclined) then perhaps you will be of genuine help to others; but don't stop others experiencing life as they have chosen, either consciously or otherwise. But the moment others ask for your help, then help instantly. It's a wonderful and beautiful thing to want to achieve what appears to you good on a massive scale, I am just saying the game of life is more complex than it appears, and what appears to you as suffering might be a person's passport to liberation, you just don't know, so don't mess !!

I know this is old but as an overthinker I have to be annoyingly positive in my mind. As soon as that negative thought enters my mind I just flip it into a positive or just say to myself “that’s not true”. Once you get in the habit of challenging those negative thoughts and replacing it with positivity it’ll get easier to calm your mind and self soothe. Try meditating while doing the butterfly hug (my therapist taught me about it) it distracts ur mind and helps you just be!

Y’all... I’m shook. I watched this last night and literally woke up to two University offers today morning. One of my relationships changed for the better during the day when I least expected it. AND I finally got to talk to someone who’s been on my mind the past 2 weeks. I didn’t expect to run into them at all since our schedules are far too different yet I happened to run into them. Pauline Mannheimer Definitely visualize the emotion 💯 That’s what unleashes the power within. It isn’t something you have to force out of you either - like he said, when you think about the reasons of why you want what you’re trying to manifest, you can’t help but feel emotional. Allow yourself to feel those emotions and then close your eyes and visualize yourself having everything you want to manifest. x

Guys I never comment on a video, but my God this was life-changing. Alignment is everything. I listened to some meditation music to get focused on my breathing and then I started visualizing. Kid you not, minutes later I got exactly what I wanted. Here's a tip, after meditating if you feel like you're getting negative thoughts about what you manifested, just distract yourself and your mind. The universe has already heard what you wanted. It knows. You will have it. There's nothing stopping you from achieving what you want. If thoughts say otherwise, be like "I already manifested what I want. It is happening." And just distract yourself. Trust me. You will get what you want. There is nothing stopping you.

Have done everything according to the video, have been manifesting our current home which originally was offered to another family, but didn't let go of the thought that we will be living there, after manifesting, received a message next day, that the other family hasn't passes their references, and that it is offered to us! This is ok as a motivation but it is too general for real instructions.. In my experience thing that helped me the most was *4ManifestAll. Com* It is full of detailed instructions which can help you manifest what you want... So I recommend to check it out maybe it will work for you also

Anyway, let me tell you what I did and maybe this will help. So I almost got an F in math before I went to high school, and let me tell you this. I have ALWAYS sucked at math. So I imagined myself talking to people I know in the future, and saying things like despite me being bad at math, I still managed to get an A after I discovered that I actually like math and that it wasn't so bad. I told them, if someone like me can do it, so can you! Hope this helps, if not let me know :)
