Your not “hitting your head on the swimming pool floor” though? It’s the detuck which creates the big splash. you don’t really HAVE to detuck, but that just means smaller splash

Just Tuck bro. If you watch people doing manus. They just tuck before the enter the water. I'm still learning manus. I mostly slap my thighs and legs. It's all a learning process, Keep practicing bro
