How-To: Massey Ferguson 2650 Clutch Replacement

This video includes several the disassembly and separation of the machine, removal of the clutch assembly and cleaning of the housing, as well as the installation of the new parts and the reassembly of the tractor.

I have a 2680 HD and the clutch will not disengage completely. Going to start on it this evening and so glad I found this video. There's not a lot of videos like this for 2000 series Masseys. Thanks for posting this, very helpful.

Don't need to gas the ac system off. You can unbolt the condenser and the compressor and fold everything into the cab.

In the repair manual it shows 3 T shaped bolts use to compress the pressure plate before unbolting the 6 bolts holding it to the flywheel

Thanks for the video and taking the time and effort to share. (Please be aware that venting R134a is bad practice and often prohibited in many countries due to o-zone damage, so take the time to recover it)

Is there a way to check or adjust the clutch without splitting the tractor? I have a 2680 and the clutch pedal is not engaging until the very end of the stroke
