This may sound weird but if you have a friend give them your keyboard and let them do the movement, they can spin around the spawned entity or change direction and you need to think fast and aim fast. I've tried this one time i met my friend and it felt like i got better

Finally before I almost lost every pvp i had against players but after this i trained everyday 30 mins and I could see the difference after 3 weeks of training.

When u jump as u get hit, you can launch urself like 10 blocks into the air and throw off your opponents aim, but u also take fall damage
