A thing I would like to say that if the batter has a two step swing(like Corey Seager and J-Roll/Jimmy Rollins) count 1.. 2 and then swing if you can identify the pitch

great video bro, its not easy explaining this stuff especially catering to all skill-levels, but you break it down well & give great tips, my hitting / pitch tracking has already gotten better. keep it up

I think for the knee method he’s talking about the height of the pitchers knee because if you look at the first frozen image on the fastball knee Is down on the off speed it’s up higher. Don’t know for sure maybe it’s just a different frame of the pitch. But that’s what I take it as!

No it was the batter's knee. Some people claim the knee raises higher on offspeed pitches. I was showing that it was the same height no matter the pitch. It's just that you see it go up and down faster on faster pitches and that the knee is still going up just as high on fastballs. It depends on the batter. Some batters have that high knee step and others do not

Each batter has a different leg kick motion, so is it just a matter of constantly adapting to each player? For example, in the case of Ohtani, it's very difficult to figure out his leg kick movements based on the type of pitch.

@@jkkim126 yes! This is true. Each batter is diff but it will still be delayed a little on medium to slower pitches. It just may not be as delayed as batters with a high knee step

Ive got this method down. It's the only settings I use. I only play the computer. I have the game settings set up like a Nintendo. I press a button to pitch and the computer does all my fielding.

@@SmellyCheese-db6ig I have noticed he degends the game and doesn't like anyone talking negative about it. I guess he is just trying to keep a positive vibe in his chat. The game does have issues, but I guess nothing is perfect. I agree SDS could do better tho.

I watch Tom on my off days usually Fri. Sat. And Sun. Mornings. I am usually lurking. I stay busy now that I create content and stream. I don't get to watch as much as before.

I use to, but unsubed n don't anymore, dude is absolute garbage at the game, absolute garbage stub management, absolute narcissistic hypocrite to his viewers who doesn't respect anyone's but his own. Big tom should be the last dude in the game to even remotely consider taking hitting advice for on top of it lmao he doesn't try all the cards or even half of the decent ones and the only thing he can do well is cheesy bunts let's be real
