I am practicing with braid out so this was useful my hair is so thick that I am not able to sleep on it so the braids are really easy and comfortable for me just did them like yours in video .

I have master my braid out finally. However as a truck driver.i obpy go home on the weekends. I found that leaving it freshly braided out. Will make it last longer. By the end if the week its big and fluffy ☺☺☺😊😊😊😊

Do you pineapple your hair at night or retwist/braid? Also, your hair grows really fast, would you say protective styling and keeping plenty of moisture in your hair are the two keys?

Yes I always pineapple at night and sleep on a satin pillow case or cover it with a satin bonnet. Protective styling and using moisturizing products are the key comments to maintaining and growing my natural hair. ❤️❤️❤️
