Your site clearance here is topsoil removal. Plus the site clearance is suppose to be the whole plot of land.

Thats how site clearance for substructure works is measured.for the whole site is measured under preliminaries

@@easyqs well depending on the standard method of measurement you're using. Here in Nigeria. Site clearance has to do with removal of the whole vegetation on the plot of land and top soil removal is what you explained having a spread. Do you do top soil removal? If yes what does it entail?
