How to Measure Sofa foam Bounce ? PU foam Vs HR foam Vs Memory foam Vs Bonded foam 2022
In this video we show practical demonstration how to measure foam resiliance.
For demo you need small steel ball or Marble and measure tap.
Foam Resilience Test also known as ball rebound resiliennce tester determines the resilience of flexible cellular polyurethane foam.
The procedure starts with dropping a steel ball vertically on to a test piece. And then measure the rebound height to express as a percentage of the height dropped.
It's easy and simple test that you can do at your home or at showroom while go for purchase sofa foam(PU foam, hr foam, memory foam, bonded foam, soft foam etc) by doing this you can know difference between various foams.
If you are selling sofa foam than you can show this demo to customers. It will create good image in customers mind and it will lead to sales.

Base use 40 density HR foam not PU foam. (4inch) plus 1inch soft plus 1inch HR foam 32 density. Back side ok.

If 7rs for pr mm rate for 6x3 ft sheet (mm rate always 3x6 ft size) 3inch =75mm 75x7mm=525rs rate of 3x6ft 3inch foam sheet Total sq ft 18 Now devide 525 /18=29.16per sq ft rate Now ur sheet size 4x6=24sq ft 24ftx rs. 29.16=699.84 u get rate of ur 3inch 6x4 sheet
