STEPS 1. Inhale from nose, exhale from mouth. 2. Relax Ears, Feel Body Surface. 3. Focus on each body part from top to bottom. 4. Feel your breathing. 5. Bring back mind on breathing if it gets any thoughts. 6. At end before opening eyes think about your desire/goal/passion.

@@Jatin_Writes Jatin, maine bhi ek week pehle hi Meditation shuru kiya hai, hame sirf 5 min. eyes band karke inhale and exhale karna hai, hamare brain ko continuous activity se aaram dena hai

Well i have heard a lot techniques about meditation but i was never able to perform meditation properly. You made it so easy to start and i actually enjoyed this session. I didnt fall asleep nor i felt bored. It felt like i freed myself from negative thoughts. Wonderful experience. Thank you so much

I could feel my heart beat.. after a certain point of time i could only listen to my heart beat and movement of my breath... it was amazing... thanks alot.. i would practise this everyday.
