Do you have a problem with meeting deadlines safely? It can be tricky, right?
But we all know it and we’re all annoyed by it, when it happens: I am talking about missed deadlines, unkept promises or delayed projects.
Why do these things happen? Why do people and companies not honor their deadline commitments?
In most cases this isn’t ill will. This frequently involves poor planning and just assuming that it will all work out somehow. But very often it doesn’t.
Therefore, in this video I show how to meet deadlines even if you are under pressure. I give you my 10 best tips helping you for complying with deadlines.

As a person I'm a 10/10 on the above. I don't say I'm the employee of the month or something, but all the above make perfect sense to me since college. The problem is, in my mid-forties, I often offered a position to make fundamental changes and educate my fellow workers to adopt similar habits and operational routines. This comes as an "primary goal and a requirement" from the firm - but we are on the same page only in Day 1. I watched most of your videos and posts, some of them more than once, but to this day I can't figure out how to even approach CEOs and BMs that haven't heard or used any of these concepts for decades... Any thoughts could be useful, nevertheless thank you for sharing with us this exceptional information!

I'm not sure about 'start with the unpleasant task'. On the one hand you can lose all thought fuel on the pleasant tasks so you haven't enough for unpleasant ones, but on the other hand it's better do something and show result than to get stuck and do nothing. No, I got the key why you say like that but anyway...

What if the amount of work that is given to you is just too much to be done in the time they give you. The alternative is to lower quality, and what if your principles is almost always do good work, because you are an artist and reputation is important. And what if there are not plenty of other studios in town where you can aim for a better work environment, with realisticly doable amount of work in a destined time. Then you gotta move to the city where the industry is bigger and has more options. And what if you can’t pay it because the salary you are receiving has never been enough. You gotta risk something and maybe access to a credit to invest in this migration. And what if the people from the new place don’t like you just because you are immigrant. Explain the odysey you had to pass because of need, not just because you “want” to displace them. And what if you have to do this all the time with new people that judges you, that you get tired of it. You return to your home place. And end up working again in the same studio, with even new rules because no one has ever asked for a better treatment or better work conditions. Informing early is the solution, but when there are no more alternatives that to try to catch up and trying to work by 200% of intensity, week after week, and your Supervisor or Production manager not noticing or not giving a fuck, because there are others that can deliver on time, and why not you; then you just have to not have a life, don’t sleep, do the goddamn job, because your life depends on that miserable payment. And be thankful to have a job: a lot of people don’t have one...
