I mostly play guns I don't need to mod like the aug. Cant be asked after the thousands of hours. I dont really need much in the form of extra recoil control so a canted grip for thorax protection and a good base stat gun like the aug with a suppressor and a sight and I'm good to go.

Okay I have a couple of points. The baldr pro is one of the worst flashlights in the game. In terms of illumination depth, angle of blindness and intensity of blindness, it's beaten by almost every single other flashlight. The X400 would be a much better option. As you mentioned at the start of the video, the goal of making an effective weapon build is to increase ergonomics as much as possible, while also reducing the recoil as much as possible. You then went against that by suggesting the RK-2 was "also pretty good.". I don't know if you noticed the -8 ergonomics stat but I'll leave it at that.

Haven't tested alot of the flashlights, but i know that the baldr blinds really well at close ranges, and is accessible early. You are probly right tho that there is better options. The RK-2 is an insane foregrip for the right build. If you have 60+ ergo on a weapon, then you should 100% go for maximum recoil on the foregrip (RK-2). Because the ergo is already pretty high. However, if you only got like 20-30 ergo, then the SE-5 would be a much better option.

@@Zeroic0 The thing is with the RK2, it only has a 1% recoil buff over something like the sideways grip that has -3% recoil and +2 ergonomics. Because ergonomics added through attachments are a whole value, whereas the recoil reduction on attachments is a percentage, it's possible that by adding at RK2 instead of the sideways grip, you wouldn't even be reducing recoil by a whole point. but by a fraction of it. You would also be reducing the weapons ergonomics by 10. For me, a reduction of ergonomics for a single percentage of recoil reduction isn't worth it. You're never going to notice a 1% reduction in recoil You WILL notice a difference of 10 ergonomics.

@@Zeroic0 yeah. Id honestly say the RVG grips you used in the video example are better than the RK2. 17 ergonomic difference. If you decide to use the RK2 on a built instead of the RVG, 17 less ergonomics for 2% recoil. That ain't it.

Imo, horizontal recoil is more important than vertical. Vertical cam be easily handled whereas horizontal isnt

In tarkov, the horizontal recoil is linked to the vertical recoil with an ish 3x multiplier. In short, lower vertical recoil = lower horizontal recoil

Its always expensive to mod guns without traders (which this video is meant for). However, when you get to tier 4 traders, you can buy better attachments for cheaper👍

100k is nothing if you dont get 450k min per averge scav run your doing something wrong
