TLDR: make cube, many divisions, very small height. turn cube into ncloth > enter a small value in pressure under pressure, enable ignore solver gravity under dynamic properties. press play. to freeze the pillow and duplicate it as a mesh: at a certain frame pause the animation, select pillow and press D
