You can check with Facebook app if your page is the new page. Just go to professional dashboard>monetization and pick any tools you want to check for eligibility

I never experienced the problem.. I just uploaded videos everyday till it tired to 100%. I think I have to ask facebook why you experiencing that and get back to you.... That would be tomorrow

You will have to start posting new videos to be eligible again but once you're eligible, all videos both old and new will be monetized automatically

Now i want to give someone who lives in United States right to become and admin. @@billybenjaminbenj621 you have to post original contents and use no copyrighted material on your video. It will go out and about you applying already from an eligible country it will take a very long time for an admin from an eligible country to apply on your behalf

He means if you can a payout that is in eligible country and make it the current payment method of your page, then Facebook will remove country ineligibility flag. It that true?
