After installing, the accessibility of the target device is off by the user i guess. As he may get some notifications regarding the microphone, accessibility and camera On. Now I couldn't access the senders msg and also couldn't record anything. How to overcome this issue. Pls reply asap

Thank you for this information , but is there another app that can be used without downloading on the targets phone? The thing is the target brings their phone everywhere so access is challenging. ALSO there is a password and fingerprint on the device.

Yes the app hides and doesn't even show up in the settings once the setup is done!
