You can also do # frame%n to make a variable loop over n frames with a driver.

yeh absolutely. the reason i did this manually like this was just to make sure i could ensure the loop was seamless at the duration and speed i was hoping for. if you dont need it to loop seamlessly then guys, use this tip ⭐⭐

Is there way to find the looping point without scrolling through the entire Phase value?

6.28 is tau, or 2*pi. Tau Radians = 360 degrees = looping animation. He is just using the standard 1 loop value. Use 2*Tau to speed it up. Remember to set the final keyframe at 251, not 250 like the video maker did.
