KZfaq is awesome so many people / community of ideas and methods , something I recently learned,Rare Earth magnetic strips Are the way to go, or magnets through the holes, always leave space underneath for cool down , plus you can remove the solar panel easily to chase the Sun and not keep your truck blazing and heat when needed. I love watching these types of videos

Hi Isaac. Well done. I do hear how important it is to have good airflow around the panels. Any solar panels. There is such a small area though between having them secure and having them not. Doesn't make decisions easy does it, really. In really hot climates it can evidently cause more problems. You won't know until you try. You can't wait for your two week road trip in this little bus, I'm sure. Your awesome news about wee Ember.....so, so pleased for you all. Tears all over the world, I promise you, hearing that from your lovely Jaylena. Sending hugs from NZ Isaac, from this Nana to you all. Well done on another video, filming and editing. Thank you Isaac for sharing, I have a fiberglass topper, I like the idea of those flexible solar panels so that I won't have too drill too many holes (I'll eventually need someone who will help install a max Fan that knows how to carefully and professionally cut through the fiberglass and maybe also help will the solar ports for the wiring also when I get the money for all that at a later time yet), take care, be blessed warm and safe too sending lots of love hugs and prayers daily to you, Jaylena and baby Ember, and so glad about the good news Jaylena shared on her video earlier. I'm still crying happy tears for y'all 🤗💖👶💖🤗💖

I really like the looks of those thin solar panels! I don;t know how heavy other solar panels may be but having something lighter on the roof as well only one hole in the roof is appealing. I wonder in the long run if the panels will even compare to what you usually use....guess time will tell! Good job Issac!

So awesome, Isaac! I find all of your videos super helpful, informative and enjoyable to watch! You may already know about 3M's VHB tape which is a great alternative to construction adhesive and it's as strong as nails (I have zero affiliation with 3M). It would be perfect for this type of application and would eliminate the need for the additional step of the tape around the edges after the construction adhesive. Cheers brother!

I know that's a huge weight off of both of you, mostly because of how risky and expensive it could have been. Now, there's nothing but smooth sailing! That didn't take long...It looks like it went smooth though. That's an amazing little bus. Your schedule isn't all that off. You had some glitches, took weekends off and had some family/baby issues...Big deal, that's life..Stuff happens...No room for complaints here dude. Great job, Isaac … As you do each bus, do you ever change your mind on the order of installation of some of the things you do with the bus? As I was watching, I couldn’t help but think, darn, wish he had thought to put the solar wires where that panel was before permanent install. I like the fact that those panels are flexible and can mold around curves.

I wish I could afford one of your buses. You are very thorough and detailed with your builds. I would need a bigger bus to fit 3 separate sleeping areas. If I had the budget for it I would hire you to build it.
