This video explains how to mount the numerous mounting options available for the Stage Series Rock Lights! These Rock Lights were designed to be mounted virtually anywhere on your vehicle. All rock lights come standard with a center bolt mounting point, which is neatly hidden underneath the lens. The aluminum heatsink also features hidden mounting tabs for quick zip-tie installation, if preferred.
If that’s not enough, we also offer a variety of mounting solutions, including a roll bar mount, magnetic mount, flush mount, and surface mount to cover any other potential application. Each of these accessory mounts is designed to mate up perfectly with the base rock light unit, for a professional and clean appearance when installed.

Diode Dynamics totally worth every penny! I have had the same set of amber fogs in my Jeep bumper for 5yrs with no issues, no corrosion, no flickers and they've been in deep water and in all winter conditions here in Ontario, Canada. Definitely be getting some of these soon.

Legitimate question; Can I use the magnet mount specifically with the waterproof connector option lights verses the bare lead wire option as shown here in the video? Asking because he uses bare lead wires when sliding them through the magnet mount and not sure if a connector would slide through that opening when installing with the magnet mount. Been interested in these for awhile and would prefer all connectors for an easier install but may want 2-4 of the 8 I plan to get on magnets

The magnet mount was designed to be able to fit any one of our rock lights! You should have no issues when installing the mount to the light!

Too bad the RGBW RLs aren't individually addressable. Then again none of their LEDs are. Would be kinda cool if the RLs would light up as courtesy or puddle lights for the door you open. Or have the light bar of SS5s do the Knight Rider back and forth. Maybe version 3.0? I guess I can start saving in the meantime.

They can be custom wired into your puddle lights, or however you see fit! With our bare wire lead option, it makes custom wiring jobs a breeze! While our RGBW options aren't individually addressable, we're not sure of any company that does off that kind of wiring for Rock Lights.

@Diode Dynamics, I've installed the RGBW rock lights, (1) pod in each wheel well, diffused since that was the stock option. With using the Diode Dynamics Android app to modify the color ranges and brightness, the colors are not noticeable as they are supposed to be. Is there a reason for this that I can correct? Respectfully, I expected better visual colors than what I am witnessing. For example, purple showing true purple, greens, etc.. The color ranges in the RGB spectrum within the app are not projected from the pods themselves. Thank you in advance for advice on this as I have (4) of the (8) remaining to be installed. :) 😉🤝
