Steps:
1.Navigate
to settings on your phone. You can find the settings menu in the appdrawer.
2.Tap Application Manager.
3.Select an app you want to move to the microSD card.
4.Tap the Move to SD Card button. If you don't see a Move to SD Cardbutton, the app cannot be moved. Most preloaded apps cannot be moved to an SD card.

Aap kisi dusre mobile me sd card laga kr use formet kr le fir apne mobile me lagaye . Use laga kar check krne se phle reboot kr le. Fir apne file manager me check kre. Mere pas bhi note 7s h or same problem thi to operator ne Shi Kiya tha

@@H0H0HIHI No way from Oreo onward, there's some exotic procedures that requires root but I'm too lazy, I'd rather backup and reset the phone instead of risking to brick it. On a side note I'm pretty sure that half the storage bloat is whatsapp fault.
