@@melodyeniola2024 you need a minimum capital of 500k Euro to deposit in the Monaco bank to apply for residency as a financial independent person.

I'm a full time game developer and have been deciding to get residency in monaco to retire by my 20's due to the huge tax in the other EU countries, and this video has explained this topic really well for me. The issue of taxation comes up for investors who own villas or other real estate outside of Monaco in the surrounding territory, which is in France, due to lack of space in Monaco.

Yes, they can if they have established relations with their private bank or a source of income in Monaco like a job, good salary and relationship with the bank.

There is no income tax in Monaco and you do not submit annual tax declaration. But please double check it with the country of your origin, if you have any tax obligations there. If you need a proper tax advice in Monaco, let me know, I would recommend a trusted tax advisor.

I have two questions, if I decide to move alone I cannot buy a two-bedroom apartment and the other is as long as the documentation is being done I can live there without a problem.

You can buy several apartments Monaco. There are no restrictions. And you can live there or rent it out.

You can live perfectly well in Monaco without knowing French with only English. By the way, there are many Brits living in Monaco and many of them do not speak French.

I don't have an answer to your question, I would consult with local lawyers about your legal ability. I know that some young people moved to Monaco through studying at a local university and then found a job in Monaco and stayed.
