Amazing video. I do kickboxing but I love muay thai. Unfortunately there is no muay thai gym nearby where I live so I have to stick to Kickboxing for now. I was always frustrated that my knee was so slow so your explanation really helped

can you make a video on how to fight someone aggressive bigger and stronger than you i only ask because i was at the store yesterday and i dude walked in and he asked me to fight i said no then he like ran full speed and threw like 10 punches then when i covered up he picked me up and start slamming me i was completely defenseless i think he was a bully not really sure but he was way bigger than me he was like 6'1 while im 5'5

8 years ago their channel was at its peak with highest engagement when they focused on parkour. Most of their viewers were parkour guys including myself. But then they started to branch off to fitness wellbeing and lifestyle which wasn't what the original fans wanted. The parkour content died on their channel and their biggest audience group of parkour viewers moved to other channels. Now they have 1.2 mil subs with hardly any engagement on their videos. And they probably stopped uploading knowing they couldn't get back the engagement they once had and left the channel to die tbf.
