i suffered from recurrent BV and did the boric acid, metronidazole, etc. I'm leaving this comment on this video because this was one of the many that i watched searching for answers. I currently have been BV FREE for MONTHS now and wanted to share just in case someone else who's suffering comes across this video. So i started to take multivitamins & probiotics daily, increase water & leafy greens intake significantly, and ate a lot more fruit especially APPLES. I noticed once I started eating apples daily, or at least 3-4 days out of the week, my BV symptoms disappeared and NEVER CAME BACK. Hope this helps someone :) Update on 5/24/23: I cannot remember the last time I’ve had BV

Damn! As a male im happy for you, not proud of being promiscous in my days but only remember running across two Smelly Vaginas in my entire life out of like 200, please dont judge me Lol. The first woman i ran into with this Rashawna was absolutely Beautiful and any young man getting his 7th 😼 a Dream...Her body was VERY DEVELOPED in a model way for her age. Im in Junior highschool myself to clarify that. But ill never forget that CRAZY STENCH!! For me, boric acid was only a temporary relief and symptoms returned once I stopped using the suppositories. I had bv for two years and tried everything to no avail. The only thing that finally worked was taking a prebiotic (GNC brand) and probiotic (culturelle ultimate strength) every morning before breakfast. Bv is often the result of an unhealthy gut/digestive system so getting to the root of the problem is crucial. I have been free of bv for almost two years now and still take the supplements daily. The boric acid probably worked the problem was you didn’t have enough probiotics in your vagina. Boric acid doesn’t have probiotics it kills all bacteria and yeast so you have to take a probiotic separately or else the problem won’t go away

I never had BV before. I went to my OBGYN and he diagnosed me with it. Right now I’m on the 4th day of antibiotics and I still smell the odor. It is very aggravating, I’ve been doing research on it and have been educating myself. I’m apprehensive about trying these suppositories, but I will try the tea tree oil spray. It is so hard being a woman. It seems like men don’t have to worry about anything when it comes to their penis.

I had never had it before until 2 years ago. I get it sometimes after my period or sex. I was so hopeless. I felt disgusting. The antibiotics sometimes cause yeast infections and then yeast infections can cause BV so for some its like a never ending cycle. I started researching boric acid after I had gotten BV 3 separate times. It is a serious life changer! If you're getting it often and don't know where to turn , I really suggest you give it a try. You won't regret it. There are multiple different brands out there.

If the infection didn’t clear within 4 days, you need to tell your doctor ASAP!!! You usually start feeling relief from antibiotics in 1-2 days. This is not normal

Well, it doesn't matter Lucy. I'm so happy to say that it worked for me. It was wonderful. It went away in a few days and I got my life back. The only down side were the applicators. They hurt me badly, made me bleed but I figured to insert them super slowly and that made a difference thank God. Thank you sooooo much Mercy. God bless you!

@@lipsticklove8964 I did not try to have sex until after, I just thought it would be too uncomfortable but I don't know if it's contagious (since it is fungus). But, it took 4 days for me but it also helped that at the 4th day my period came. Before trying this if I had my period, the infection would go away (because blood balances your ph in there), and then come back after the period. But when I tried this, I applied for 4 days, then my period came and then it never came back. I hope it works for you too.

Boric acid has really helped me in the past. I have systemic lupus and have also had a kidney transplant, with the medications including not having an immune system I go through the struggle of recurring yeast infections and BV. Sometimes I am almost embarrassed to go to my gynecologist because I feel like I have to go way more often than someone with no health conditions. She makes me feel comfortable though and reassures me that it is not my fault that this happens, my health is not the same as others so it is harder for my body to defend itself from these types of things. I love the boric acid because if I am not able to get in to see her soon then I am always able to pick this up from my local walmart and treat myself. I thank you for doing these videos for us because they are very helpful.

Try using things for gut health like apple cider vinegar drink. Also use pro/prebiotics. Increase pill 3x a day for 3 days. Use stevia and stop sugar. Go without undwrwear if u can. No thongs. You want to change the ph of your whole gi tract. Its mot just in the v. Thats why the acv drink daily.

Hi Mercy, I really enjoyed your video on natural hair. I will be trying a few of your methods and I am also going to try the twist style because I like to give my hair a break from the flat irons and blow dryers. I generally wash my hair and apply a leave in conditioner and a little gel around the hairline and braid a single French braid down the center. Im a new subscriber. I had both my ovaries removed 2 years ago (benign tumors - mature cystic teratoma with thyroid cells-struma ovarii in R. ovary and Serous cystadenoma L. ovary ). I have BV and numerous yeast infection throughout my life. Not been sexually active for over 4 years. My ex-boyfriend was sexually active with other partners. Experiencing burning sensation and dull/sharp pain in the V area. Researching natural remedies and came across this video. Thank you. I am so frustrated with the pain and discomfort. Take care

This video was amazing! Thank you for so much good knowledge nuggets. Will be trying the boric acid product. As a woman that is 50 years young, I feel some of my feminine issues are from hormonal changes and stress. Yeast infections are one of them and then recently had BV. I do not like to always turn to antibiotics as that too, can contribute to more issues with the V area. Thank you once again for a super educational video. Blessings to you.

For years I had this annoying vaginal smell and no matter whatever I tried, it just got worse. I even tried beer enemas with hopes that there might be results 'via the back door'. No help at all. Last Sunday in church, someone turned to me and asked, "Can you smell that? smells like a dead rat". Now even my husband won't rim my pussy. Any suggestions?

Ladies I recommend taking at least 1 bath once a week and adding half a cup of hydrogen peroxide (3%) and adding some tea tree order it’s supposed to help ALOTT!!

Oh when ever i see this comment I remember of a herbal doctor called doc Hopkins that help me get rid of mine permanently from this same Complain of yours I taught there was no cure but this doctor herbal treatment helps me,, he can also help you get rid of yours permanently...let me know if you what his info ..
