I had a pretty good base on a server one time. The map was Russia. Me and my friends set up a base right next to Keryev, so we had a supply of metal. It took a long time for people to discover it, and once they did, it was very difficult for them to attack. We had sentries, lots of ammo, generators, even a supply of gasoline.

The thing about hidden bases far away from good loot areas some people can track you and they will find out where is your base but it does not happen very often. And when you get back to your base and someone could kill you. But those others tips are really useful even i learned from this video. Keep it up!

I actually like getting raided and always build large metal honeycombed bases, no loot room, just a wardrobe or two per room and every non raidable gear spread out evenly, so if raided there is no chance of raiders coming across a particular locker filled with good stuff, though i store all the raiding gear and weapons in the alt characters so it not like they will find anything worthwhile in my base. I also will start operating as a trader and advertise in chat or put up signboards where my base is and make sure that people start getting the idea that my base has epic loot and so hopefully they will raid me. Also the bases are large but on the side of slopes or mountains so that raiders dont leave messy wooden plates behind while raiding my base, its easily reachable...once raiders come i love to watch from a distance( if online raid, i usually have secondary lookout bases overlooking the main base) as they waste all their hard earned raiding gear on my base, some take it in their stride but whenever I see people get frustrated and leave angrily I get a lot of joy out of it.

Well raiders are literally going to search the entire place, especially if they scrounged up enough to even blow in... Also you can make a 9x9 base with the middle floor replaced with a roof and have a vault down below.

I actually make underwater bases, get an oxygenerator, generator, gas, build the base itself, and you're all set, very efficient and very hidden, guns cannot even be used (some can, and c4 can still be used but chances of raid are low)

I have a clan sized skybase between the liberator and the oil rig, it has 5 layers of honeycomb around it, its all filled with metal sheets and i have never been raided in 7 weeks

Some defense against raiding is a quad with a wall of barbed wire going out the side of your base so when you hear a charge place get on the quad and drive in circles so now you have a deadly spinner of death that'll kill anyone who gets to close

I'd like to warn anyone watching this video, or videos similar. Be careful to everyone. This will teach raiders what to find. They will eventually find patterns and weaknesses in bases. If you TRULY want as an unraidable base as possible. Dont look online, because someone else has done it, and someone else will likely do it again. Players like myself were known as "cleanup guys." Where we blew into every base possible. Be weary of these types of players!

Just build a 3x3 base off a mountain and in the middle floor don't place a floor place a roof so u can salvage it and put lockers down there.

Instead of putting a small item in first with the rifle rack roofs like it your trying to store something bigger like dfang nyko (rip) grizzly matamorez etc. Just flip the item so that the gun is on its side so it doesn’t stick out

I hide my stuff inside trees in different places around the whole map I wish Nelson would buff brick walls. They are much harder to make than metal ones but are weaker. How can brick be weaker than some scrap metal welded together?
