#hyperarch #running #fascia #筋膜训练
Your entire body is filled with Fascia from head to toe, it has at least 3 main layers identified by science. Fascia is what protects tissues from damage and allows for remodeling after an injury. Scientists and therapists alike have been exploring this system for years. Also known as the "intersititium", the fascial system is a body-wide communicator for the push and pull of mechanical information.
The old understanding of activating glutes via traditional deep squat or hip thrust does not make the fascia connection to the glutes better in movement. This is because more than 75% of your glutes fiber inert into fascia tissue and to truly engage your glutes in movement, you have to build the fascia connection from the feet to the glutes.
TIP:
Start small with 2 minutes, then 5 minutes.
Do NOT IMPACT your toes on the ground, if so do more elevated towel curl exercises.
Do it daily and build up the fascia tension (good connective strength) over time.
Give yourself at least 3-8 weeks to start noticing good pattern to appear.
Video tape yourself BEFORE and AFTER. Tag us on IG with #hyperarch

@@HyperarchFasciaTraining I will let u know. I already strike with ball of foot even in muscle fatigue state. I am doing these exercises to build stronger fascial connection from feet to glutes in order to tap into my athleticism. I am 15 and I have started walking outside barefoot. I already walk barefoot indoor though.🔥

Taiji should be done with constant and even tension, often people say to practice as though submerged in water or as though fighting an opponent. But most people do it with no tension / too relaxed, and they never develop peng. Looks like the marble exercise engages the tension then develops the freedom of movement as well as stability - different-looking exercise toward the same goal.
