I don’t know you who you are but I just prayed for you 🙏🏻❤️ May God grant you complete restoration and healing in Jesus name.

I want to be able to in any circumstance, think “how can this moment be used to bring glory to God? How can my words and my actions shine a light and serve God by bringing glory and honor to Him no matter how I am feeling?” I want to be able to be thank and praise him through all situations. This is specifically one of the things I am working on daily. I strive to be Christ-like but it is so disheartening when I feel so stubborn and irritated in the heat of the moment, I feel overwhelmed.

Please pray for me also, because I feel anxious too all the time and getting conscious too. Also, I'm struggling with food. It's a struggle :(( Pray for me too that I will obey Him wholeheartedly, and give me the desire to willingly serve and follow Him. Please help me too, how can I know if this is a conviction or distraction from satan? Thank you for the respond! ❤ May we all obey God wholeheartedly, we can do all this through Christ!

@@rurusavedbygrace our God is a loving God who wants to know us personally. Surrender to him and his grace is with you. He knows our struggles and he cares about the condition of your heart! I would recommend going on a fast, start simple and don’t overdo it, whatever you feel is right for you! But not out of a place of convenience, do at least a full day, there needs to be chosen discipline and sacrifice and see what he reveals to you! Sacrifice the pleasures and comfort foods for a time, and when you feel tempted or warring against your flesh, take the time to talk with him, replace cravings with praise! He wants intimacy with his children. I’m praying for you! Don’t allow your convictions or short comings to keep you down or trip you, because he is patient and loving, just keep pressing and get close to him! What the enemy means for evil and to keep us down, He uses and turns around for good! You’ve just gotta be willing and put in the work! We are never perfect, but should be progressing! He will even speak to you, all you have to do is be present and available, believing and accepting his unmerited undeserved unearned grace and favor. The fact you are consciously aware of what you need to work on is the first step and that is praise worthy! You’re on the right track my friend, stay encouraged and keep seeking after him ❤️ when we don’t give in to the fleshly desires and go deeper with him, we see hear know and discern, properly aligning in fellowship with the Father. When our hearts are in the right place, we are able to perceive and know him in the spirit.

@@rurusavedbygrace the guidance and strength you are desiring and praying for will come through sacrifice and going deeper with him, all you have to do is spend time with him and in the word! But above all, taking the time to talk to him, but also allowing him the room to speak to you as well, just seeking after his presence! Get into your quiet place and dedicate personal time with the Father, he wants to hear from you and speak with you. I’ll keep you in prayer!

I’m in the exact same place right now. I pray so hard every night and I read my Bible and try to understand the word better but it’s just like nothing is working for me. It seems like everything that’s right, I do wrong some how and it’s so frustrating. I don’t think I’ve ever been this frustrated and confused in my life and nothing is helping. Like I’m just running round and round I’m circles. But enough ramble I will pray for you Collin and hopefully you can do the same for me.

Hey Collin and everyone else! I hope you know that God sees you and hears you. I want you all to understand that the love you have and will have for God doesn’t come from you. Jeremiah 24:17 shows us that God gives His people the heart to love Him. Pray for God to give you the heart for Him and know God works in process and time. So wait on Him. It won’t come tomorrow but continuing ask Holy Spirit to strengthen and help you as God draws you to Him. Know that the fact that you’re desiring God so much is incredible! I’m so proud of you and God is even more prouder. Never let go of your faith in God for He never did and will never give up on you. I love you and God does even more❤️

💗 I understand. I'll pray. We have freedom in Christ - not to sin, but we are not under the bondage of sin. "Who the Son makes free is free indeed." And sometimes, intrusive thoughts come whether we want them or not. Just submit them to The Holy Spirit, and ask for guidance. He won't reject a genuine, humble heart. I'm not a psychologist, so I can't speak on something like OCD. But I have had intrusive thoughts, which I hear is a symptom of OCD. You aren't alone.
