Always place the hand furthest from the handle, on the handle first, then the other hand over. This will act as more of a pulling motion activating more of the obliques.

Never stop making this videos please. Workout out is great and getting swole is even better but what you do is go into depth on and show us, the audience, the correct form for each work out so we can get the maximum results we are looking for. Please continue studying the body and help us as viewers understand how each workout, and the way you perform each work out, can continuously help us reach our maximum goal.

I've been doing a variation of this for the last couple months where I focus on doing most of the work with the delts and all those shoulder/back muscles that move your arm backwards. And it's not a horizontal movement, it's more like halfway between horizontal and starting a lawn mower. I'm doing this to build my body to better move my shoulder and arm about while keeping the ball in the center of the socket. I had begun to make a bad situation with what I was doing before.

hey you should think of your abs just like any other muscle, train them max 2-3 times a week. They need to rest just as much as say your quads, biceps or lats etc. Doing this exercise every day is definitely overkill. You should train hard enough a couple of times a week and you definitely won't need to do it everyday :)
