Man. I have a 2008 crown hybrid. Battery is dead but we can’t replace it because we can’t get into the trunk…no videos have shown how yet. The manual key in fob seems to do nothing in the trunk

if you have jumper wires or a jumper open the hood,,take out the fuse cover,,you will see a red cover,,that is your positive to hook to jumper,,than just find a solid ground for your negative,,this will allow to use the electrical functions,,,

You were lucky that one of your door was already open. I am facing same situation car battery is dead doors locked and mechanical key is also not opening.

It might have been good to show what you are “pushing”…I pulled the lever and it clicked like yours did but cannot find anything to “push” so it’s still closed 😢
