How to open magnet/flywheel of any motorcycle without special tool ( but with puller )

In this video you will learn how to open magnet/ flywheel of any motorcycle without some special tools. First of all open the magnate cover and front sprocket cover by removing the 8 mm bolts and also open the gear lever if you have to.
To hold the magnet wheel a special tool is needed but if you have a air gun then use it to open the 14 mm bolt otherwise use something like spark plug tool on the edge of small steel strip on the magnet wheel which gives the signal to the pickup coil and adjust the other end of the tool on any bolt on the body then open the 14 mm bolt.
There are many video's on youtube which shows tricks to pull out the magnet wheel out by using screwdriver or by hammering the magnet wheel , don't use any of them other wise the crank shaft will get bend or the crank bearing will damaged and then your magnet coil will comes in contact to the magnet wheel. Use the magnet wheel puller which comes for every motorcycle individually and to stop rotating the magnet wheel use a screwdriver in the gears .

@@topramratnakar7167 mere shop nahi hai, aapko kisi badi spare part shop mai pata karna hoga unke pass mil jayega , agar unke pass new nahi bhi hoga to bo aapko old bhi provide karba sakte hai or bahi se pata bhi chalega ki kisi or model ka bhi lag sakta hai ya nahi , or aagar phir bhi na mille to last option hai kissi scrap bale ke pass agar ye motorcycle ho to usse mil jayega

SIR PLEASE HELP, which oil should i use in pulsar 150 ug2 (same as your model), which one do you use, the service manual says 20w40, but all 150 use 20w50, what should I do, there are few mistakes in service manual (maybe), but even if it says 20w40, should I use 20w50 because engine is old so 20w50 will be more thick and reduce wear of engine, please tell, i am considering motul easter 15w50, but should i use 20w50 ? Or w40 ? Because all 20w40 are cheap, i want to use fully synthetic oil, but in 20w40. no company makes fully synthetic, it is either 15w40 or 10w40 , what should i do please tell.YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW SMART PEOPLE I SAW ON KZfaq, ALL OTHER ARE HARSH NO ONE USES PROPER TOOLS, i loved your work.

there are some ways but with great risk of damaging either the crank shaft or its bearing or the magnet wheel, i hope you understand , if you still want to open it then use a hammer and tap the magnet wheel it will come out , or use self / kick and even then it will come off

there isn't anything holding the the sprocket on to the flywheel all you need to do is push it out

bhai ji maine video mai bataya hai ki aagr aap magnet puller ke ilaba koi or jugad karege to aapki crank shaft bend ho sakti hai ya uska bearing kharab ho sakta hai , agar mai magnet ko hammer se hit karke nikalna dikha deta to bhale hi video logo ko passand aati lekin bad mae agar kisi ke magnet coil magnet wheel se radag ke chalti to uska jimedar vo mujhe thehrate , or agar aapko ek trick ajmana hi hai to puller na use karke kick mare usse bhi magnet loose hoke nikal jata hai

motorcycle konsi hai ye depend karta hai , kyuki kuch 100 cc motorcycles mai magnet or magnet coil dono motorcycle pe hi lagi hoti hai ,or baki high cc motorcycle mai magnet coil magnet cover mai hi lagi hoti hai , kuch motorcyle mai magnet side bhi oil mai duba hota hai ya thoda oil jata hai or kuch motorcycle mai bilkul bhi oil nahi jata. aagar magnet cover bohot jada tuta hoga to bhi aapko bad mai problem aayegi ja bike rain mai chalegi ya kisi tarha pani magnet coil tak chala jae to. esemai aapke pass ek option hai aagar aapko ey motorcycle leni hi hai to market mai pehle pata ralo ke magnet cover ki replacement hai ya nahi
