Awesome video and really cool color pattern! This video has all the audio!! Woot!! I'm also a fan of the purple on the trout patterns. If you like that look, the powder I use for a similar pattern to this is the DeadOn HAZE Deadshift powder. It has a great purple effect to it. Tight Lines!!

Im slowly collecting up some of the Dead On shifts... When DO started releasing them I was already so invested in the Dip You Car powders that it was hard to justify buying them... lol. But Im getting them as Im able to... I have Lilac, I may try a few baits out with that powder... 😎

I may have them available from time to time but I really need to get more 7.25"molds first... lol. Id give almost anything for them to come out with an 8" lol

How do you keep the top of the tail area from sinking in after the mold cools down?

Its funny you should ask that because Im planning to do a video on that soon. But the simple answer is to use the lowest heat setting you can on the hot plate that still cooks off water (or spit lol) immediately. For me with my cheap Presto plate, I set the knob right between 250 and 300. Then, I pour the top layer as cold as I can... like 330 - 340 degrees... Hope that helps! 😎🎣🎣🎣
