Thank you so much for posting this video!! Was just about ready to get a bigger hammer to get this stupid thing open. Whomever wrote/designed that instruction manual that gives you the impression that you are taking off only the black circle needs to be locked up for life.

You can use your palms as well, by pressing on the circle thing and sliding it at the same it. It work for me

I AM SO FRUSTRATED. This gentleman makes it look so EASY to just press & it slides right off. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING to remove the back off mine. I am 66 yrs old & IT WILL NOT COME OFF!!!!!! I HATE THIS ZTE! I've had it for a week & been on the phone w/them & it has NOT WORKED YET! I'M TRYING AGAIN TODAY 10/6/20. SUPPOSEDLY this unit came fully put together. But while w/customer service on my cell phone talking, IT NEVER WORKED AFTER 1 1/2 HRS WITH THE LADY!
