Looks like they have ISO controls!? I thought they were all running the old backwards backhoe controls. This is so much better for those of us that run excavators.

What about backing up the tractor while sitting in the backhoe seat??

This is not possible since the tractor has to be in park.

what about the hydraulics? do you have to turn them on?

The hydraulics are active once you turn the tractor on.

Thanks for the great video! Going to try practicing on my new John Deere backhoe for the first time, and this was extremely helpful. Can you tell me if there are any differences in operating the 370B to this model?
