ok so I am laughing so hard at myself bc when I saw the machine I instantly clicked on the video bc I was like yeah this is what I need I dont want a skimpy ole machine that's gonna probably gonna break down after 3 months then I watched the video on how to work it and everything it was till the ending part that got me I didn't know this was a party rental snowcone machine I was looking to buy one and I looked down omg and noticed the video is ten years old I just laughed at myself like dang they probably have something way better now😂 I am so late but this was a cool video I was totally sold and looking to buy today even ten years later 😂😂😂

Can you tell me how long the ice will stay cold in the snow cone machine? I have an outdoor party from 6pm-9pm. The temperature high is 80 and it will be in the shade.

You should only shave the ice when you are serving cones. While the machine is insulated it is not refrigerated and ice will melt fairly quickly. The best snow cones are when the ice is fresh!

I noticed that you were calling the process, "shaving the ice." Are you saying that this is like hawaiian shave ice, or coarse crushed ice like the old sno cone?

angusmcpherson , machine can can do either. The harder you push the finer the shaving. The softer you push the more coarse the ice. Typical you want to be right in the middle!!!!!

PartyTimeRentals Hi we tried pushing down hard and the ice is still hard....Is there anyway to get shaved ice with this machine?

this is what im thinking too. I want to get it for my shop for customers but if it's too hard, like old style shaved ice, i do not want it. were you able to fix that KITTTYGALORE?

It was was very hard old school course ice but everyone is accustomed to the soft shaved ice not sure if the type of ice makes a difference we used bagged ice and block ice it was still hard and crunchy someone said you can adjust blades not sure about that

richard seymore no I wasnt able to make the texture soft like Hawaiian shaved ice I have to buy another machine
