Thanks bro , your video just helped me to rectify the problem on the truck , I was battling with the PTO without knowing the handbrake wasn't working. Fixed the hand brake now I got the PTO working. My appreciations to you..

After dump should i turn off tpo for moving truck a little to the front in first guear??

No you can move it a little with out tuning off PTO

Start the truck make the air full then engage PTO ,if the PTO is engage accelerat the truck the rpm should not be more then 10rpm that is to show that the PTO is working but have electrical problems but, if more the 10 rpm or 20 rpm that to show that the PTO is not engaging
