How thick plexi does it cut ??

You can cut 5mm black plexi, and around 3mm dark colour ones. Transparent plexi can not be cut with blue lasers.

Very interesting product but you are showing us to plug into the toolhead connection in the Blackbox where there is already tge IOT powrr bar already wired in. Do we plug both together?

You should have your laser in the tool head for the PWM signal. If you are turning on a vac or something you want to control separate you can use the COOL connection even to an IOT relay, just add an M8 to the head gcode and an M9 to turn off at the end.
