I divorced a cheating narcissist, I wish I wouldn’t have asked for details, I uncovered he cheated on me for 5 years. When I caught him cheating for the last time, he abused me in every way. I’m so glad I’m out and free from 5 years of abuse.

Never ask them why they cheated on you! It’s gonna be a lie you can’t ever shake! My Narc hubby told me “I wasn’t feeling loved”!! Big lie!! I was always the one not feeling loved! That was my sarcastic reply! He never loved me and only devalued and insulted me when he was far from a perfect person in anyones eyes! I told him that I know why men cheat after watching all of them on Oprah show tell all and it’s not that!!! All you want is attention to build your low self esteem. You got it from me at my expense! I still was haunted by his comment in other relationships not feeling good enough or loving enough as I was so Independent 😢😢

I realized that step by step i already did huge part of the job thru the last years. I am out of my toxic relation and i have nothing but good feelings to my ex- my great toxic teacher. I forgived him, i forgived myself, i forgived my mother and the last person i still have anger is my toxic brother. Before i started writting letters you are talking about, i was texting to my mother with an anger... and i broke her heart, took long time for her to trust me. I needed someone who would put it all together, and your videos are giving me that answers now. Thank you for sharing your experience and your knowledge. I know i will buy books which you are recommending as well as your book and than the last steps, healing proces which you created and which you are offering on your website. I am thankfull so Universe directed me to your channel. You are really helping people. 💖🌞🍀

I am so fucked up. Hit the nail on the head. I know what my traumas are. Kidnapped at 2. definitely abused for 2 days w/ by kidnapper. Way worse later Yet. I blame no one (wholesale) Yet I keep on with the " nicest guy" yet bam. Cheater. Not even surprised. . I get you. Just having a seriously hard time getting there

So they lie and omit bad facts! When I met my husband he knew I was against drugs and smoking and drinking too much! I knew he wasn’t a athlete like me growing up and wasn’t sure his childhood other than a nobody in a school of thousands. So I hear him telling another guy he was a big pot head in HS 4 years into our marriage, and I was horrified!!!😮😳😳😡 I think my bond with him was broken that moment as that is the absolute last type I would have ever dated or even talked to growing up!! I felt so violated from this omission!!! I knew I had made a bad mistake!! 😫

ummm thats a little ridiculous....can kids not make mistakes, or was he lying to the other person..and were you eaves dropping...did the reasons you marry him not matter anymore? and seriously pot?...you do know that its more weird for you to have this kind of reaction than to smoke pot right??

I didn’t pick my husband! I kicked him away for 5 months and he chased hard and would not give up for his life!! I was only attracted to good looking athletes but could never get them to date me 😢 so I had to settle or have nobody in my life! That pain was fierce at age 26 with only 2 narcs BFs who hurt me. First hubby was most popular guy in my work bldg everyone wanted but not exactly my type so I gave in! He was so cute and played racquetball which was a huge attractant in 80’s! He turned out to be a psycho schizophrenic! I had no idea!!! Horrified at his behavior but it was self destruction and not directed at me. I never felt like a victim in life as my drive overtook that!!! I only saw this stuff as “mistakes”!!!!

Kenny - can you do a video on insults about body image and why men do that to women so much and how we can keep that “you are too fat” from destroying us rest of our life??? And actually dieting & starving to get a man as it makes us feel unwanted, as they all seem to want only skinny twigs?? Then when we get skinny we still can’t attract a man? Why? Thanks 🙏 You are the best on utube! 🤗
