Mindfullness and commitment.... Erin, thank you this is exactly what I needed to hear right now. You are such a special person and are so inspiring. I don't say that lightly. I am the type of personality where one has to really make an effort and do the work (in regards to life or anything) for me to respect them. I value life experience and people who strive to do the right thing even if it the hard thing to do. Thank you for being so open and sharing your experiences and the struggles you faced and are facing. Everything you said in this video is exactly what I am in the process of doing. I’m pretty sure that I know where my over eating stems from my childhood but I just don’t know how to heal from it and work through it completely.

I’m having surgery on the 20th and your videos are so helpful! I’ve read a lot about how hard is to drink all the protein needed after surgery together with the water. What would you recommend? Thanks
