From my perspective. Fear and anxiety owned my mind….. followed by drugs from a young age. Books like this and other tools have helped me develope my character and get along better with the world that always kicked me back much harder than I could ever kick out. Hopefully my learning breaks the cycle for my sons. How about you how are your children doing? Are they lost like I was? Or don’t you have any? You seem bitter 👍 life’s good you are old you seen a lot of it what’s the problem?
