Another great video...If you have an intermediate container that weighs 40pounds and since your exterior container wont exceed 59pounds, do you just place the one intermediate container in the one exterior box and ship that out? Or can you ship out the intermediate container on its own?

Thank you for your comment! At that point, I would split the intermediate container into several boxes, ensuring none exceed 40 pounds. It's about finding the "just right" balance-through experience, you'll learn what works best for your items. Factors include box requirements, cost (more boxes equal more cost), risk of breakage. Hopefully that helps.

Great video! Question: On the contract with 65 unit containers, why 4 intermediate boxes (3 boxes with 20 units each and 1 box with 5 units) instead of 3 intermediate boxes (2 boxes with 20 units and 1 box with 25 units)?

Its a personal preference. We are big on keeping systems in place and having the end user have the best experience. While we could break it up differently, I prefer lighter intermediate boxes as long as they can fit in the least amount of exterior boxes without going over 59 pounds. Having one box of 25 pounds, personally, is too much - but it still fits within government requirements. Personal preference!
