I used to scoff at car camping as an avid backpacker then I treat it as a “luxury” camping and honestly enjoy it a lot more with all the amenities

I love packing up the car, because I’m good at organizing and good spatial awareness 😃 I love it if I’m not the first one getting picked up and the driver says, “I don’t know how we’re going to fit all of this in...” and I start rearranging things and then they say, “Oh my gosh. I can’t believe you did it and how easy you made it look.”

I love this lady. She’s like a super fun friend explaining things in an easy to understand way and it doesn’t feel rehearsed or scripted at all (which I’m sure it is but she’s just so natural!). Makes me want to watch all the commercials with her in it.

I just got back yesterday from a 10 day, 1,000 mi.+ journey around Alaska that included Chickenstock (good time!). I had all this stuff covered but I overpacked some things, but forgot others. Thing's I wish I had taken; *tweezers, *mosquito coils ( also check your *bug spray to make sure it sprays!), a *stiff shoe brush to get dried mud off shoes, a *small hand broom and dust pan for cleaning out the tent (my 10 mo. old lab drags everything in with him.) A small spray bottle of *rubbing alcohol for getting tree sap out of hair and off of gear.) More *Para-cord. I had 2- 20 ft. bundles. I could have used 3 should have had 4. Lol, *Pruning shears, *all containers must be 100% water tight (Sorry Blue dog, for falsely and unfoundedly accusing you of such a heinous crime. You are way to good of boy for such a clumsy human as me. I will endeavor to up my game, friend.) Last but, absolutely most important, keep your TP close, in a zipped zip lock bag and take it into every restroom you hit. Because if you don't, I can almost gaurentee the one time you forget it and don't check first because of need, there will be none. (SMH why me??!!) (FYI that was at Denali Park. The place where they over charge for everything and sting on the amenities. JMO.)

I love her! I love the fact l.l.bean serves not only petite size unlike other brands, I can easily find my size as well, especially on the hot looking items. That is why I love l.l. Bean so much. That reminds me, I have to go now and pick me up some items.

I voluntarily clicked on this commercial that doesn’t pertain to me at all rn (although I’m standing in an RV atm which is probably why I was targeted for the ads) but makes me want to go camping - actual camping not just glamping on a beach - bc THIS LADY! I saw her in a kayak commercial teaching people how to get in a kayak and I haven’t been in a kayak in years bc of my legs (I had an accident a few years ago). She actually made me feel like I could try it, again. It will make my son so happy. Give her a RAISE 🏕 also, please show her doing more outdoor activities, we need inspiration from real people like her! Actually we just need more inspo from HER.
