I am going to show this to my wife and daughter. When I saw what you packed I had to laugh because the two ladies I travel with always pack everything but the kitchen sink regardless of whether it is for a weekend getaway or a 2 week vacation. I can only hope that they will learn to take after you and your husband. You both please stay safe and healthy.

Every time me n my husband go on vacation we always packed light, not like some others people’s they packs so much , I don’t believe in packing so much on vacation coz when you come back you have to bring more stuff 🤣😂😁 good tips Carol 👍👍👍

Great tips. the waterproof and fireproof passport poach was great to know. I always take the Crystal deodorant stone on my trips and that works better than any other deodorant. Because it is not liquid, it is very useful for traveling and planes. It also lasts a long time and is odorless. Available on iherb and Amazon.

Seriously this video is good for a lot of FIlipinos. We usually pack a month's worth of stuff for a three day getaway XD I remember going to Cambodia with a friend. I only had a small bag about the size of a shoe bag (I do have clothes in there and other necessities. I'm used to packing light. If I needed to I'd wash my clothes or buy a shirt or something as a memorabilia that I can wear for a day). But my friend had one big wheelie bag, a smaller wheelie bag, a backpack and a laptop bag. Don't know why she had to pack so much, we only stayed there for 5 days...

I bought a shampoo-soap that lasts about 3 months, a deodorant cream and a one of those zero waste safety razors. No plastic waste, they don't take up much space and are awesome :D No make up at all. I am so proud of myself because I used to carry a lot of stuff with me that was not necessary. Cool video :)

Olá Carolina, é bom ver você fazendo um também. Eu assisti Chris antes. Estou surpreso com o quão pouco vocês dois também aceitam. Lanette bem, ela levaria a cômoda se pudesse carregá-la HAHA. Gosto de como cada um de vocês pega certas coisas. Como se você tivesse os papéis e cartões importantes e ele lidasse com a eletrônica, a câmera e outros. Eu gosto de como você está sempre tímido, mas adoro quando é hora de pular na frente da câmera, você está apenas correndo, eu gosto muito disso. Queremos apenas dizer como você nos surpreende com seu raciocínio lógico e como sobreviver na vida com tão pouco, mas vivendo de forma confortável. Eu costumava fazer mochila pelas montanhas na minha juventude dos 15 anos aos 20 anos e escalar rochas até os meus 30 anos. Nunca viajei como vocês dois, mas viajei de uma maneira diferente para ser um com a natureza e para longe das pessoas, eu acho. Só quero terminar agradecendo a ambos por tudo, de coração a vocês dois rezo por sua felicidade e saúde. Obrigado.

When I was young and thin I could pack like this. So its only helpful for young people. Older people (im 61) need more stuff. And fatter people like me need larger clothes that take up twice the space. Having said that. I csn travel for a month with a carry on rolling suitcase and an overnight personal items bad. In that I put back brace, meds, ipad and bp machine. Oh and curlors! Thats a must gor me as I have really long hair.

Hi Chris and Carol! I suggest you take sachets of those shampoo, conditioner, deodorant if you don’t want to take big bottles of those. In the Philippines we do have these toiletries in their convenient “sachet” versions. 🙂 And also to Carol, have you tried the conditioner called “ Cream Silk”?? if not yet, I highly recommend it. 💛 Cream silk is like the national conditioner of women in the philippines, at least in my opinion. 😬 But seriously, it’s so good. Try it. 🙂

Yeah we normally just buy them when we arrive in the place now especially since we normally stay in a country for a month minimum, we still have some little travel size containers though.
