How to Paddleboard in 6 minutes: A Guide for Beginners | GILI Sports
Ever wanted to learn how to stand up paddle board? Look no further - learn how to paddleboard in under 6 minutes.
Stand up paddle boarding, also known as SUP, consists of standing on a board and using a paddle to maneuver your way through the water. It was inspired by surfing, but instead of sitting on the board waiting for a wave to arrive as surfers do, paddleboarders move forward anytime they please with the help of their trusty paddles.

Great video, well done! Just a comment - in the forward stroke you should NOT paddle from nose to tail, as you are showing. The paddle stroke should end when it reaches your hip. Just one other thing as an aside ... if paddling in Canada at least... you must either wear your PFD at all times or if just carrying on board you also must carry a tow rope (silly maybe but it's the law.) The leash is not legally mandatory, just recommended, but a whistle is legally required. Also, if after dusk, you must carry a waterproof flashlight or equivalent. Thank you for a great video - I will be sharing it with my customers who rent paddleboards.
