How to paint a 3D printed Kratos from God of War

2 жыл бұрынIn this video I will show how to paint a 3D printed bust of Kratos from God of War game.
The bust was printed on a Elegoo Mars 2 Pro using Elegoo water washable grey resin and painted with Vallejo acrylics.
The base was printed on a Creality Ender 3 using Esun + white PLA.

Mais um excelente trabalho. Sugestão para proximo video: mostrar alguns items que utilizas. Neste caso onde colocas as tintas, parece-me ser genero de uma almofada pallete molhada certo ? Continua o excelente trabalho!

Muito obrigado! É uma boa sugestão. Já tenho alguns videos pensados nesse sentido, Sim, é uma palete molhada. É excelente para facilmente conseguires fazer vários tons e manter a tinta sem secar durante muito tempo.

Thanks! Yes it is. You just have to work fast and you can't touch with the toothpick on the eye or the paint will be ruined. Just put a drop. The effect is very realistic,

Muito obrigado João ! O gun metal tem umas partículas metalizadas que brilham por baixo da cor final. Nos tons de pele, acho que dá aquele brilho que a pele costuma ter seja de suor, lágrimas ou gordura. O preto é muito flat. Parece-me mais natural assim. Consegues notar o efeito se parares o vídeo po exemplo aos 15 segundos nas olheiras do Kratos. Abraço !!!

which way round did you print the base ?

It was printed in PLA on my Creality Ender 3. It is printed straight on the plate without supports and in normal position.

Hey this is awesome. I wonder how much it costed in materials tho. You seem to use quite a lot of paints and Vallejo paints are not exactly cheap unless you know of an online store that offers them cheap? :D

Hi ! Thanks ! Glad you've liked it. Yes, I use almost only Vallejo paints. Each bottle costs about 2.5 euros. For me this is kind of cheap. :)
