How to paint a pear using acrylic paint

Күн бұрынThis is a great beginning tutorial if you are new to using acrylic paint. You will need a canvas or prepared wood panel, large flat or filbert brush and a small round brush, a plate or palette, cloth, water, and acrylic paint (red, yellow, blue, and white). Enjoy! Also, the childrens Cezanne acrylic painting video will be posted in 2 weeks (sorry there is no link yet)

Excellent tutorial. I especially like the way you explained the layout of the palette. So much easier to attain a smoother transition in tone.

Thank you for the video. Can you specify the colours you were using? Was it Cadmium yellow, Ultramarine blue and Cadmium red?

+Fiona I sure can. I used permanent red, yellow medium, and cobalt blue:) But cadmium yellow, cadmium red and ultramarine would work out well too:)

Good tutorial! Is there any other things you can paint out of acrylics? Maybe not a food?

Great artist bad videographer… keep the painting in the shot at all times. A close up of the paint palate is annoying when we’re painting along.
